Work Cover & Motor Vehicle Accounts
Due to the amount of unpaid Work Cover and Motor Vehicle accounts we have, we are no longer able to bill Insurance Agencies on your behalf.
From 1 November 2024 you will be required to settle your account on the day of your consultation. We will give you an invoice and receipt, and you will need to claim this from your Work Cover claims agent, employer, or insurance agency.
Any costs relating to a Work Cover or Motor Vehicle claim cannot be claimed through Medicare.

Wait times
We advise that you phone before your appointment to see how the doctor is running for time to reduce waiting time at the clinic.
Billing
We would like to remind you that we are not a bulk billing clinic and there will be an account to be paid in full at the end of your consult. Children under 16 years, DVA card holder will be bulk billed and Centrelink concession card holders will receive a discounted rate. Phone consult fees will be required to be paid on the day. The fees are the same as a face-to-face consult. Please refer to our Fees page for more information.
